I want to lose 10, 20, 30 pounds by my 30th birthday”. This individual’s birthday is in 2 months. They are eager to reduce the weight; however, they want to do maybe a juice diet or some other crazy fad going on in the industry. We are all for wanting to lose weight for a reason, like a birthday, a wedding, a vacation, etc. The problem is majority of people tend to stop once that event has arrived and revert to bad eating habits. Instead if trying or doing “fad” diets which already aren’t good for you to begin with, why not use those timelines to kickstart your life into a healthier path where you learn to eat better, this way it becomes habitual for you. You will not only be more than ready for those events, but you’ll never have to worry about getting ready for them in the future. This is a lifestyle we are building, not some fly by night cram session to get short term result. #GetRightOrGetLeft
