“I don’t want to go on a diet”, I love pizza, ice cream, etc.” The notion of that changing our way of eating is a “diet” is gone, we now help individuals build and create a healthier a lifestyle by guiding as well as teaching them how to eat better. This entails making healthier food choices at home, when out with friends, family too. We need to eat in order to fuel the body to metabolize foods faster. It does start with a MINDSET for sure, once we can get past that barrier, then we can really start understanding that indeed it is a LIFESTYLE.  #GetRightOrGetLeft
