This is critical as if we do not change or shift our thinking, then we shall remain stagnant wondering often what happened. Try starting a journal, create a vision board, write notes into your phone, use sticky notes, anything that will keep you accountable. The decision is the firs step, then a plan, afterwards apply action towards them. It will take time to fully become habitual but well worth it as you achieve small goals giving you the confidence to attack bigger goals.
