So, whether you are an experienced athlete, or an aspiring athlete, you have come to the right place. We either GET RIGHT or GET LEFT & Coach A.J. will help you GET RIGHT.

Utilizing 1TUL cloud base system, receive coaching from anywhere. Monthly check-ins, video analysis, specific exercises and drills to help improve your athletic performance, mitigate injury, & perform optimally.

GRGL SPORTS PERFORMANCE

Our year-round Sports Performance Program helps athletes of all ages improve overall athletic performance, from bio-mechanics, coordination, balance, muscular endurance, mobility, flexibility, dynamic coordination/dynamic movement, S.A.Q. (speed, agility, quickness), C.O.D. (change of direction), Speed Analysis (7th grade & up). We work with athletes of all sports, starting as young as 9 years of age to pro.

GRGL Sports Performance-Youth

With the fight against obesity, our program helps kids tackle their weight with fun exercises to make them enjoy it and get healthier at the same time. Biomechanics, coordination, balance, sportsmanship, and more. Our youth program starts at age 9.
